Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet will hold a meeting at Lokseva Bhavan in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
The Cabinet meeting, to be chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, is scheduled to start at 5 pm.
The Cabinet is likely to take decisions on several important proposals on the agenda after discussion in the meeting. According to sources, major proposals of Sports and Education departments will be submitted for the Cabinet approval.
In the last meeting held on Saturday, the Cabinet had approved abolition of contractual recruitment to the government posts.
