New Delhi: Odisha cadre IAS officer Anu Garg’s name has been approved by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet for empanellment as Secretary or Secretary Equivalent. She is among nine woman IAS officers out of 27 IAS officers of different cadres of the 1991 batch whose names were approved for empanellment as Secretary or Secretary Equivalent on Thursday.
The other officers are Sumita Dawra (AP cadre), Rachna Shah (Kerala), V Vidyavathi (Karnataka), Seema Jain (Punjab), Nivedita Shukla Verma (UP), Renu Gonela Pillay (Chhattisgarh), Supriya Sahu (TN) and Debashree Mukherjee (UT).
