Bhubaneswar: The Special Task Force (STF) of the Odisha Crime Branch on Friday, took Madhav Khuntia and his associate Imtiaz Ali on a five-day remand.
According to STF sources, a total of 137 criminal cases are pending against Madhav at different police stations. The criminal is being interrogated in connection with his links with gangsters including Tito and Haider Ali. He also has links with gangsters of other states, sources added.
Madhav was nabbed from Balangir district on Thursday. A pistol, a sword, four bullets and one bhujali were seized from his possession.
