Bhubaneswar: The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Odisha has sought online applications from eligible voters for their fresh registration in the electoral roll.
In a press release on Monday, the CEO said the final electoral roll-2024 was published on January 5 with Janaury 1, 2024 as qualifying date. The list is available with all Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and in the office of ERO-cum-Sub-Collector for inspection.
The copy of the electoral roll has also been hosted on the official website of CEO ceoodisha.nic.in. The voters can check their details on the site.
“Eligible citizens can apply Form-6 for fresh inclusion and Form-8 for migration online through the portal voters.eci.gov.in or by downloading voter helpline App. They can also contact the BLOs for the purpose,” the CEO said.
“As many as 1,07,751 advance applications have been received from eligible persons to be enrolled with respect to 01.04.24, 01.07.24, 01.10.24 as qualifying date. These applications will be processed in due course,” the release added.
