Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has urged house owners to be compassionate to the poor and waive off or at least defer the rent of their tenants by three months in view of the nationwide lockdown to fight the novel coronavirus.
“Let’s show the world that #OdishaCares,” he said.
