Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to embark on a two-day visit to Sambalpur district on Saturday, where he is slated to launch several key development projects aimed at improving urban infrastructure, healthcare, and public services in the reg
ion.
During the visit, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a 24×7 drinking water supply project, a new trauma care building, and environment-friendly e-bus services, among other initiatives. These projects form part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to ensure balanced and inclusive development across western Odisha.
In a post on X, CM Majhi highlighted the government’s commitment to transforming Sambalpur into a model district in terms of both infrastructure and social progress.
“Our government is committed to developing Sambalpur, the heart of western Odisha, into a leading district in terms of both infrastructure and social progress,” he said.
