Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday spoke to the NEET topper from Odisha Soyeb Aftab and congratulated him on his astounding success.
Naveen also wished him a bright career ahead. Soyeb was elated on getting a call from the Chief Minister and thanked him.
Soyeb of Rourkela topped the national test whose results were announced on Friday. He created history by scoring a perfect score of 720/720. He is also the first student from Odisha to have topped the test.
