Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday launched the new portal of Labour and Employee State Insurance Department, PAReSHRAM, and 22 online services as part of 5T governance of the state government through video-conferencing.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said the portal and 22 online services will further strengthen the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ policy of the government and play an important role in industrial growth of the state.
Stating that the portal will provide information about labour laws, he said it will be beneficial for industrial houses, commercial centres, small entrepreneurs and common people. The portal will also offer 52 more services in future, he added.
Among others, Minister of Labour and Employee State Insurance Susant Singh, secretary of the department Chitra Armugam, Labour Commissioner were present.
