Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who is in Mumbai to attend the investors’ meet, held a meeting with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das on Saturday.
The growth prospects and opportunities for economic development in Odisha featured the meeting of the chief minister and the RBI Governor.
Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, Additional Chief Secretary to CM Nikunja Bihari Dhal and Principal Secretary, Industries Department Hemant Sharma were present in the meeting.
It may be noted that the Chief Minister along with a high-level delegation visited Mumbai to hold a roadshow-cum-investors’ meet ahead of the Utkarsh Odisha: Make in Odisha Conclave, 2025.
Speaking at the roadshow, Majhi had announced that the state government would also organise similar investment events in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The roadshows would also be organised in Singapore and Europe to attract the investors to the Utkarsh Odisha Conclave 2025 to be held in Bhubaneswar on January 28 and 29 next year.
