Cuttack: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday offered floral tributes to eminent freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his 125th birth anniversary.
After arriving at Sunshine Ground in the city in a helicopter, the CM went to Janakinath Bhawan, the birthplace of the Netaji, at Odia Bazar and offered floral tributes to the national and unfurled the Tricolour.
Later, he went round the Netaji Museum inside Janakinath Bhawan.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no MLAs, ministers and MPs were allowed to enter the Janakinath Bhawan.
The 125th birth anniversary of Netaji is being observed as the Parakram Diwas across the country.
