The other committee members comprise the Chief Ministers of Karnataka, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh as well as Union Rural Development and Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and NITI Aayog member Ramesh Chand.
