Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID caseload in Odisha remained below 300 for the second consecutive day on Sunday with 251 more people testing positive for the virus in the 24 hours.
The state had reported 293 new cases the previous day, 339 cases on February 24, 342 on February 23 and 428 cases on February 22.
According to the I & PR department, 146 of the new cases are from quarantine and 105 local contacts. Among them, 86 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 54096 samples, the test positivity stood at 0.04 per cent against 0.51 per cent the previous day.
