Puri: Puri SP Uma Shankar Dash on Monday suspended assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Prahllad Baral of Puri Sadar police station after preliminary investigation into negative feedback against him received from public under the ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative.
The ASI had allegedly behaved inappropriately with complainants.
The SP said further action will be taken against the cop after a detailed investigation.
