Cuttack: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court, Salepur has directed the Inspector in-Charge (IIC) of Mahanga police station to file a fresh charge sheet in Mahanga double murder case by November 29.
Earlier, the court had ordered for submission of the CDR reports by November 25.
After Mahanga police sought more time for submission of report, the court conducted a hearing and extended the time period for submission of the report.
The court had ordered the police to submit a fresh charge sheet in the Mahanga double murder case by bringing Minister Pratap Jena into the purview of investigation.
The court had directed Mahanga police to submit CDR reports of the Minister’s PA (Personal Assistant) Bapi Biswal, deceased prime accused Prafulla Biswal Mallick and Block chairman Sarat Nayak.
