Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha went up to 3,00,140 on Saturday with 1,372 new cases in the last 24 hours.
Among the new cases, 796 are in quarantine and 576 are local contacts.
Among the districts, Khurda led the tally with 145 new cases, followed by Cuttack (121), Nuapada (108), Sundargarh (96), Angul (81), Mayurbhanj (78), Jagatsinghpur (70), Kendrapada (65), Puri (53), Bargarh (40), Keonjhar (40), Kalahandi (40), Balangir (40), Sambalpur (37), Jajpur (34), Jharsuguda (33), Nayagarh (32), Balasore (31), Bhadrak (31), Nabarangpur (26), Dhenkanal (25), Ganjam (21), Koraput (20), Malkangiri (20), Sonepur (19), Kandhamal (11), Rayagada (11), Deogarh (8), Gajapati (4) and Boudh (2).
Besides, the state pool has 30 cases.
At present, Odisha has 13,503 active cases and 2,85,174 recoveries.
