Odisha COVID-19 Tally Mounts To 135130, Khurda Again Leads With 615 Fresh Infections

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha touched 135130 on Wednesday with an overnight addition of 3748 new cases.

Of the new cases reported from all 30 districts. 2210 are from quarantine centres. The remaining 1538 are local contact cases.

Khurda led the tally with 615 new cases, followed by Cuttack (392), Puri (387), Balangir (163), Sundargarh (157),  Jajpur (140), Sonepur (124), Nabarangpur (121), Kendrapada (116), Nuapada (107), Balasore (103), Koraput (97), Jagatsinghpur (94), Bargarh (92), Kandhamal (85), Rayagada (82), Sambalpur (79), Jharsuguda (70), Nayagarh(69), Dhenkanal (65), Ke;lonjhar (63), Boudh(58), Angul (57), Bhadrak (46), Kalahandi (38), Gajapati (33), Deogarh (24), Malkangiri (21), and Mayurbhanj (3).

Another 176 cases are from the state pool, the I & PR Department tweeted.

With 569 deaths and 102185 recoveries, Odisha now has 32312 active cases.
