Odisha COVID-19 Tally Rises To 13121 With 595 New Cases

Bhubaneswar: The total number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha touched 13121 on Sunday with 595 fresh cases being reported from 21 districts in the last 24 hours.

Of the new cases, 394 have been detected in quarantine centres while 201 are local contact cases.

According to I&PR department, Ganjam district reported the highest 230 followed by Jajpur (97), Khurda (76), Koraput (44), Malkangiri (36), Gajapati (20), Mayurbhanj (14), 11 each in Balasore, Bhadrak and Cuttack, Puri (10), Sundargarh (8), five each in Jagatsinghpur and Nayagarh, Kalahandi (4), three each in Baragarh and Keonjhar, two each in Kendrapada, Sambalpur and Rayagada and Balangir (1).

With 61 deaths and 8360 recoveries, Odisha now has 4677 active cases.
