Odisha COVID Update: 9,833 New Cases, TPR 13.2%; Check Details

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 9,833 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, including 972 in the 0-18 age group, testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.

According to the I & PR Department, 5,699 fresh cases are from quarantine and 4,134 local contacts. Khurda remains on top with 2,946 cases.

Besides, 577 are from the state pool.

With 74,443 samples tested, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 13.20 per cent.

Odisha now has 89,702 active cases.
