Bhubaneswar: A day after witnessing a sharp dip in COVID-19 cases, Odisha on Friday saw 7216 more people testing positive for the deadly virus.
According to the I & PR department, 4041 among them are fro
m quarantine and 3175 local contacts cases.
The highest of 1091 fresh infections have been reported from Cuttack, followed by Khurda (809), Kendrapada (487), Dhenkanal (428) and Angul (409).
