Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw a marginal rise in the test positivity rate (TPR) on Wednesday as 6019 more people tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
With 68778 samples sent for test, the state posted a TRP of 8.75 per cent as against 8.55 per cent the previous day.
According to the I & PR Department, 3,397 are from quarantine and 2,622 local contact cases.
Khurda reported the highest of 796 fresh infections followed by Cuttack (531), Mayurbhanj (333), Balasore (286) and Sundargarh (283).
