Bhubaneswar/Cuttack: The Special Task Force (STF) of the Odisha Crime Branch nabbed two wanted drug peddlers in Cuttack on Saturday.
According to Crime Branch sources the STF in course of the investigation into a gun smuggling racket raided the area in Cuttack and nabbed the two drug peddlers and seized 50 grams of brown sugar, one 8 mm pistol and four live bullets from their possession.
During interrogation, the STF personnel came to know about the complicity of the two accused in gun smuggling.
The investigation is underway to ascertain the link of the accused with the underworld gangsters, STF sources said.
