Berhampur: Director General of Police (DGP) Abhay on Wednesday appreciated the dedication and hard work of police personnel in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
During a visit to Ganjam district, he reviewed the implementation of COVID-19 guidelines and advised the police personnel to take all health precautions against the virus while performing their duty.
“I am very impressed by the resilience and dedication of Ganjam police. Five police personnel have enthusiastically joined duty after recovering from COVID-19. My compliments to them and I am proud of each of you”, the DGP said.
He also appealed to the people of Ganjam to cooperate with the police in the fight against the pandemic.
