Berhampur: Vigilance sleuths on Tuesday conducted simultaneous raids on the official residence of Bindo Padhi, superintending engineer, Roads and Building, in Berhampur, for allegedly amassing properties disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The raids were conducted on the basis of a search warrant order issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance.
The anti-corruption officials also raided 12 places, including a market complex near the Ganjam block office, a farm house in Khallikote, a dairy farm and business establishment at Dimiria and the houses of his relatives.
