Angul: The Vigilance sleuths of the Cuttack Division on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raids on the office and houses of Basant Kumar Bastia, Junior Engineer, Rural Development in Boinda Division. The officer is accused of amassing properties disproportionate to his known sources of income.
As informed by the SP of Cuttack Vigilance Division, Sashibhusan Mishra, the raids are underway at four places including the ancestral house of Barik at Sithalo in Niali block of Cuttack district.
