Odisha FC Women Recruit Former Ghana International Faustina

Bhubaneswar: Odisha FC women have brought on board former Ghana U-20 International Faustina Worwornyo Akpo for the upcoming season of Hero Indian Women’s League.

Faustina joins Odisha FC after a successful season with Al-Naser club in the Jordan Women’s League, where she excelled as a prolific and talented goal scorer.

Faustina’s inclusion will further bolster the strength of Odisha FC, who have already recruited former India captain N Bala Devi and Brazilian defender Cynthia Marcondes dos Santos.

Odisha FC launched their women’s team in July 2022.
