Bhadrak: The Bhadrak district administration on Wednesday relaxed the restriction in Puruna Bazar area, which was declared a containment zone after the detection of a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) positive case.
The district had reported the first corona case after a 29-year-old youth, who worked in Dubai, was tested positive for the virus on March 31.
Tweeting this, Bhadrak Collector Gyana Ranjan Das however, said that the lockdown restrictions in Puruna Bazar will continue.
The Collector said it has come to notice that some people/agencies are trying to breach restrictions and trying to come in contact with persons kept in institutional quarantine. “We are investigating into the matter and will initiate action against them,” he added.
