Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has deputed six senior officials to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) to oversee the follow-up measures being taken to contain the spread of coronavirus in the state capital.
Briefing mediapersons here on Tuesday, Chief Spokesperson on COVID-19 Subroto Bagchi said that the officials have been entrusted with management and monitoring of civil security, supply of essential commodities and extensive sanitisation in all the COVID-19 hotspots and containment zones.
