Bhubaneswar: Finance Secretary Vishal Dev has been given additional charge of electronics & IT department, according to an Odisha government notification.
He will now look after three departments, besides Gridco. The 1996-batch IAS officer is also serving as Principal Secretary, Energy department, and Chairman, Gridco.
