Sambalpur: The Vice-Chancellor of Sambalpur University has been accused of misappropriating funds of Lajpat Rai Law College.
Members of Sambalpur Bar Association have filed an FIR against the VC Sanjiv Mittal for alleged misappropriation of over Rs 62 lakh from the students’ fund of the law college.
The Association president Sureswar Mishra has fraudulently transferred Rs 62 lakh from the Law College to the university’s account. They have lodged a complaint in this regard at Dhanupali police station.
