Odisha Forest Dept Staffer Killed In SUV-Bikes Crash In Odisha

Mayurbhanj: A biker was killed after an SUV hit three motorcycles near Nakuda under Karanjia police limits in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district early on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Bishwajit Mahant, an employee of the forest department.

According to sources, the accident took place while Mahant was returning home at Badagaon from his office at Dudhiani. He died on the spot. The SUV then crashed into two other bikes. The injured have been admitted to the Karanjia hospital.

The SUV driver managed to flee the spot with the vehicle so after the series of accidents.

Police have reached the spot and started an investigation.
