Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor and Chancellor of Universities Prof Ganeshi Lal on Monday appointed new vice-chancellors for six state-run universities for a period of four years.
According to a notification, Sabita Acharya has been appointed as the VC of Utkal University while Aprajita Choudhury will be the new VC of Rama Devi Women’s University.
Similarly, Kishore Basa and N Nagraju will take charge of VC of the North Odisha University and Gangadhar Meher University respectively while Prafulla Mohanty and Dinabandhu Sahu are the new VCs of Khallikote Unitary University and Fakir Mohanty University respectively.
