Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday on Wednesday, stating that the country is marching ahead on the path of development under his visionary leadership.
“Under your dedication, hard work and visionary leadership, India is constantly achieving new heights of development. The mantra of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas” is instilling hope and confidence in every Indian today. Your efforts in the field of infrastructure, social welfare, education, health and public service have empowered and enriched the lives of crores of families across the country, including Odisha,” the Chief Minister said in a post on X while wishing Modi.
Majhi prayed to Lord Jagannath to bless the Prime Minister with good health, a long life, and infinite energy, so that under his leadership, India continues to progress towards becoming a rapidly developed nation.
PM Modi symbolises a strong and developed India and his dynamism can be encapsulated in one word: Motion or Momentum, the CM said in a video message posted on X.
He said Modi is focusing on building world-class infrastructure in India to fulfil his dream of a self-reliant and developed India.
Governor Kambhampati also greeted Modi on his birthday and prayed to Lord Jagannath for his long life and good health, saying his visionary leadership has steered the country on the road to progress.

His visionary leadership has steered Bharat on a path of transformation — empowering the poor, modernising infrastructure, and elevating India’s global stature. Praying to Mahaprabhu Jagannath for his good health and long life,” the Governor said in a post on X.
Greeting Modi on his birthday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, “Happy Birthday to our country’s popular leader, Hon’ble Prime Minister, on behalf of 4.5 crore Odia brothers and sisters. Your tireless hard work, unique vision and dedication to Mother India have laid a strong foundation for a ‘Developed India’ by ensuring a life full of dignity and self-respect to lakhs of poor, deprived and exploited families. I pray to Lord Jagannath that he grants you long life, good health and eternal strength, and we will continue to seek your guidance.”
Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida also took to social media and extended birthday wishes to the Prime Minister.
It may be noted that the Odisha government and the ruling BJP have scheduled a host of programmes across the state to mark PM Modi’s birthday.
