Bhubaneswar: Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal will not be celebrating Holi this year as a precautionary measure against spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), official sources said.
He will also not participate in any ‘Holi Milan’ celebrations. He will be avoiding mass gathering as advised by the Government to avoid the risk of getting affected by the virus.
