Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has declared holiday for its offices for Id-ul-Zuha on June 29.
A notification of Revenue and Disaster Management department, issued on Tuesday said, “In partial modification of the department’s notice November 1, 2022, the government has decided to declare holiday on June 29 instead of June 30 on account of Id-ul-Zuha for the government offices as well as Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive).”
Similarly, the department has notified that the banks and banking institutions in the state will remain closed on June 29 for celebration of Id-ul-Zuha. In case of banks also, the scheduled holiday was announced on June 30 as per earlier notification.
