Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday announced a daily incentive for the COVID hospital/COVID Health Centres/COVID Care Centres staffers.
The doctors will receive a daily incentive of Rs 1000 while it will be Rs 500 for the staff nurse, pharmacist, radiographer and laboratory technician, the notification from the Health and Family Welfare department said.
Besides, Class IV employees deployed at these COVID health facilities will get a daily incentive of Rs 200.
They will be entitled to the incentive for those days they are on COVID-19 duty.
The expenditure will be met out of Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, it added.
