Bhubaneswar: As part of its exercise to contain the spread of the deadly coronavirus in the state, the Odisha government on Sunday appointed four young IAS officers as officers on special duty (OSDs) in the Health and Family Welfare Department for the enforcement of the “Odisha COVID-19 Regulations, 2020”.
According to a General Administration notification, the four IAS officers of 2017 batch, P Anvesha Reddy (Executive Director, Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd), Somesh Kumar Upadhyay (Chief General Manager, OMFED), Patil Ashish Ishwar (Executive Director, Grid Corporation of Odisha) and Divakara TS (OSD, Odisha Computer Application Centre) have been given additional charge as OSDs till June 30.
