Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has asked its employees to submit the list of their properties within a month.
In a letter to all departments, department heads, RDCs, district collectors and magistrates on Saturday, the General Administration and Public Grievances department stated that as per the principles outlined under Odisha Government Servants Conduct (Amendment) Rules, 2021, every government servant from the level of Group A to Group D is required to submit complete declaration of all his movable immovable assets and their value as on the January 1 every year by January 31 of that year.
Stating that up-to-date filing of property statement is a prerequisite for promotion, the letter said the scheduled date for submission of the annual property statement for 2022 is due by December 31, 2023.
The department asked all the employees under their administrative control to submit their annual property statement for 2022 online through HRMS latest by December 31.
