Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has asked its employees to submit their annual property statements for 2023 by January 31.
The General Administration and Public Grievances department, in a letter to all departments, heads of the departments, RDCs and district collectors on Monday, said all government employees from Group D to Group A should submit their updated property statements for the year through HRMS portal by due date.
“The employees have to submit complete information regarding their assets, including movable and immovable, and the value thereof online through the HRMS portal as per Odisha Government Servants Conduct (Amendment) Rules-2021,” said the letter, signed by Sashank Sekhar Dash, additional secretary of the department.
Dash has also told the heads of the departments, RDCs and district collectors to sensitise the employees under their jurisdictions to submit the property statement as per the guidelines.
