Odisha Govt Assigns Additional Charge To IAS Officers Arvind Agrawal & Chithra Arumugam

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has assigned additional charge to IAS officers Arvind Agrawal and Chithra Arumugam.

According to an official order, issued by General Administration and Public Grievance Department on Friday, 2007-batch IAS officer Arvind Agarwal, who is currently Secretary, Higher Education Department and Special Secretary, Sports and Youth Services Department, has been given the additional charge of Secretary to Governor Raghubar Das.

Agrawal will hold the post of Secretary to Odisha Governor till IAS officer Saswata Mishra returns from his Mid-Career Training Programme (MCTP) phase-V.

Arumugam, a 1995-batch IAS officer, is now Special Secretary, Planning and Convergence Department and also holds additional charge of Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department. She will now also have the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI Department as well.
