Bhubaneswar: Odisha government effected a minor reshuffle in the bureaucracy on Saturday.
According to a government notification issued in this regard, 1991-batch IAS officer Anu Garg, who is currently serving as the secretary of Labour and ESI Department, has been given additional charge as the secretary of Woman & Child Development and Mission Shakti department.
Similarly, 2005-batch officer Pranab Jyoti Nath has been posted as the new director of Industries Department and Smruti Ranjan Pradhan as the director of National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM).
Besides, Chitra Arumugam, an officer of 1995 batch, has been appointed as the new special secretary of Planning and Convergence Department.
