Odisha Govt Invites Online Applications For Scholarship In Higher Education

Bhubaneswar: The higher education department of Odisha government has invited online applications from eligible students under the Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana – Higher Education for the year 2023-24.

According to sources, students of Odisha who are pursuing general courses, technical and professional courses can apply for the scholarship. The online application process will remain open between December 2 and 31.

From December 2 to January 15, the principal or head of the institution will validate the records of the students.

The new scheme encapsulates erstwhile scholarship initiatives like e-Medhabruti, Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti and the Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana (GSSY). Under-graduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students are eligible for this scholarship.
