Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday modified the transfer of senior IAS officer of 1991 batch Madhu Sudan Padhi by appointing him as Principal Secretary, Commerce and Transport with additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Land Records & Settlement.
Padhi replaces Pramod Meherda, the 1997-batch IAS officer, who has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Odisha Governor.
Padhi, who was the Principal Secretary to the Odisha Governor, was posted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Land Records & Settlement as per an earlier notification by the General Administration Department on February 29.
