Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has ordered the transfer of all the ministerial employees of the registration offices of the state.
As per an order issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management department, all the ministerial employees of the registration offices including the DEOs (data-entry operators) of system integrator are to be transferred.
Additional Chief Secretary of the department D K Singh has issued a communication to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) instructing him to effectuate transfer of ministerial staff completing three years in the office of district sub-registrar/sub-registrar including DEOs of system integrators within seven days.
It was stated that the move aims at having a transparent, anonymous and effective system for service delivery.
