Bhubaneswar: In a significant step, the Odisha government has removed 5T charter and ‘Mo Sarkar’ in the preparation of confidential reports of its employees.
According to sources, the state government has removed 5T charter as well as ‘Mo Sarkar’ from the CCR of Group-A, B and C employees. A notification in this regard has reportedly been issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance department.
With this, the state has restored the earlier practice for performance appraisal report (PAR) for its employees which was operational before 2019-20.
It was stated that there is no need for 5T charter and “Mo Sarkar” initiative criteria while making the complete confidential report for the employees
