Bhubaneswar: Now you will get resident and income certificates in Odisha within 10 days.
This is because the state government has set maximum time limit for the issuance of various certificates and documents to ensure speedier delivery of public services to citizens.
The Odisha Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) informed this on Friday. “Carrying forward transformative 5T initiatives, Odisha Govt has set maximum time limit for issuance of various certificates and documents to citizens. Ensuring time bound & speedier delivery of public services, SC, ST, OBC & SEBC certificates will now be issued within 15 days,” the CMO tweeted.
Similarly, uncontested mutation cases will be disposed in 7 days, and guardianship certificate application will be processed in 30 days. The time limit for issuance of Income & Asset Certificate for EWS is 10 days.
