Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday transferred several OAS, ORS and OMAS officers and appointed them in new posts.
According to a notification of Housing and Urban Development department on the day, 11 OAS, 17 ORS and 2 OMAS officers have been given new postings.
OAS officer Alok Kumar Pradhan, presently serving as Keonjhar ADM, has been transferred and appointed as joint secretary of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
Similarly, Padma Charan Sahu, deputy collector of Khurda, has been shifted and posted as deputy secretary, Sports and Youth Services department.
Kishore Kumar Panda, additional deputy collector of Anandapur in Keonjhar has been appointed as Khurda deputy collector. He will also hold additional responsibility of deputy administrative officer of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) in Puri.
Among ORS officers, Pradat Kumar Sahoo has been posted as executive officer (EO) of Kamakhyanagar NAC, Rajib Lochan Behera of Hindol NAC, Hemant Kumar Singh of Jaleswar Municipality.
