Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has made a minor reshuffle of IPS officers by shifting four of them to new posts.
According to an official notification of Home department on Friday, Deepak Kumar, presently serving as IG (North-Central range), Talcher and principal of Police Training College at Angul, has been transferred and posted as IG (Eastern Range), Balasore.
Kumar is replaced by Satyabrata Bhoi who is presently serving as IG (Eastern range). Bhoi has also been assigned the additional responsibility of principal, PTC, Angul.
Kendrapada superintendent of police (SP) B Jugal Kishore has been appointed as Khurda SP.
Similarly, present Kurda SP Siddharth Kataria has been transferred and posted as Kendrapada SP.
