Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Sunday transferred six OAS officers and appointed them as private secretaries and OSDs in the offices of the ministers.
According to a notification of General Administration and Public Grievances department, OAS officer Pitambar Samal, presently serving as ADM, Kendrapada, has been posted as private secretary to Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Co-operation, Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts.
Dillip Kumar Mohapatra, ADM, Boudh has been appointed as private secretary to Minister of State (Independent Charge), Forest, Environment and Climate Change, Labour & Employees’ State Insurance.
Madhusudan Behera, Joint Secretary, W & CD Department has been transferred to the post of private secretary to Minister Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare and Science & Technology.
Badal Kumar Mohanty, CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Khurda has been appointed as private secretary to the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Fisheries & Animal Resources Development, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.
Sidhartha Sankar Sahu, OSD, Sports & YS Department has been posted as officer on special duty (OSD) in the office of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Industries, Skill Development & Technical Education.
