Bhubaneswar: The Mohan Majhi government in Odisha has terminated all political appointments, including chairpersons of regional improvement trusts, under Housing and Urban Development (H&UD) Department.
“…all political appointments including that of chairpersons in Regional Improvement Trusts terminated from the date of issue of said letter. Hence, any action/decision taken by any politically appointed chairpersons after 26.06.2024 in the Regional Improvement Trusts shall be construed to be null and void and without any authority,” the December 7 office order said.
