Odisha Govt To Hold Pension Adalats In Bhubaneswar From Feb 1

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to hold ‘promotion adalats’ at different venues in Bhubaneswar for 3 days from February 1.

According to a press release of General Administration and Public Grievances (GA&PG) department, the cases of the aggrieved government employees whose promotion was due but could not be considered by December 31, 2022 would be taken up in the pension adalats.

The adalats would hear total 1,326 representations received through e-mail and promotion adalat portal during the three days from February 1 to 3. The petitioners have been received acknowledgement of their representations.

The applicants have been told to produce a copy of the acknowledgment for entry into the venue of the pension adalat.

The detailed schedule of the pension adalats is available in the official website of GA&PG department website https://ga.odisha.gov.in, the release stated.
